Produces reproducible polymer thin films (15, 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500 micron) using high precision interchangeable spacer rings. Requires a hydraulic laboratory press (see below).

Method: Solid Sampling

Technique: Softens and compresses plastic pellets or raw material into a polymer film.
