While such accolades are gratifying, we are most proud, not of our low operating expenses or the comprehensive nature of our product line, but of the sterling reputation created by our customers. The information you require about the ordering process is presented below. Our online and mobile storefront ordering has 256-bit secure encryption built into the checkout process. Terms and Conditions

USD Payment:

We accept MasterCard/Visa and American Express credit cards, bank checks or bank wire transfers. Payment using PayPal is also encouraged. PayPal permits payment with your bank account, credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express) or PayPal account balance. Visit www.PayPal.com to assist with registration using your credit card or other form of payment. REFLEX Analytical may request a signed re-authorization statement which is considered a form of authentication to reconfirm the order requirement and to assure the buying party is ordering the correct item(s) suitable for the application and to further protect the interests of the credit card holder or PayPal member. Credit card surcharges or convenience fees may apply to all major credit cards including MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express; as well as processing fees from PayPal and other payment service providers. We may impose a surcharge or convenience fee on credit card transactions that is not greater than our cost of acceptance. Notably, credit card surcharges, convenience and processing fees can be avoided if USD payment is made by company check, bank check, certified money order, ACH, EFT or bank wire transfer. Contact REFLEX Analytical Corporation and a pro-forma invoice will be administrated with remittance instructions.

Shipping and insurance fees will be added to all purchases. Credit card accounts are charged on the date the merchandise is ordered. If you wish to prepay by bank check or wire transfer, send us an email or fax with your shipping information and the items you wish to purchase. We will reply with a pro-forma invoice including freight and insurance fees which require prepayment, plus instructions on where to send or how to execute wire transfer.

Product Information and Pricing:

All products offered by REFLEX Analytical Corporation are intended for general laboratory use. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product is suitable for the customers’ specific use or application.

Order Information:

Indicate quantity, part number, description, spectrophotometer make and model for accessories, purchase order number, shipping and billing address, contact name with phone number and email address. Minimum order $300.

Shipping Information:

Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. In the event of delays, we will contact you by phone or email. Unless otherwise stated, shipments occur FOB Ridgewood, NJ.

Freight:

Fees are based on parcel weight, destination, shipment priority and insurance valuation. Unless otherwise stated, FedEx Ground is the default delivery service for parcels shipped in the Continental U.S.. For parcels shipped outside the Continental U.S., unless otherwise stated, Federal Express International Priority is the default delivery service. Shipments outside the Continental U.S. may be subject to import charges and taxes which remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Tax:

Sales tax will be imposed as required by law. Unless a New Jersey State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is provided, orders shipped to a New Jersey address are subject to sales tax. At this time, sales tax will not apply to shipments outside the State of New Jersey.

Returns, Allowances and Refunds:

Restocking of items associated with purchase order error or cancellation are subject to a $50 or 25% total product value restocking/cancellation charge whichever is greater plus administrative, credit card purchase merchant service fees, as well as sending/return shipping and insurance fees. Credit on account will be issued for items meeting quality return standards. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days from the date of shipment, nor will returns be accepted of opened or used products including optics. Before returning any item, please call and obtain a Return Authorization number. All sales are final (non-returnable, non-refundable and without credit on account) on custom and specialized products as deemed by REFLEX Analytical Corporation. Refunds will not be issued unless the buying party, credit card holder or PayPal member understands a service fee imposed by the credit card service provider or PayPal must be paid by the buying party, credit card holder or PayPal member and amount of the refund will be total amount of the original transaction less the service fee and less the restocking charge if applicable.

Warranty:

Products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of thirty days or one year (depending on the product) from the date of delivery. In the event a defect is detected within the warranty period, REFLEX Analytical Corporation will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product or provide credit, upon prompt notification and compliance with its instructions. In no event, shall the cost of the exclusive remedy exceed the purchase price.

Acting Buyer, Dealers, Distributors and Resellers

REFLEX Analytical Corporation inspects and tests all products for proper quality, assembly and operation. All products should be inspected upon receiving by the Acting Buyer, Dealer, Distributor or Reseller (first receiver) for damage during shipment. If damage is observed by the first receiver then contact REFLEX Analytical Corporation immediately. Damage found by the second receiver (Acting Buyer's, Dealer's, Distributor's or Reseller’s customer or other receiving party) is not the responsibility of REFLEX Analytical Corporation. Proper and safe packaging is recommended when shipping to your customers or third party. It is also recommended to fully insure the parcel to protect your interests in the event of damage or loss so that you can file an insurance claim with your freight forwarder. It is suggested to take photographs prior to shipment to your customers or third parties of each product, the product packaging, the parcel packing and parcel to support your insurance claim if required.

General:

All published prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. REFLEX Analytical Corporation is not responsible for any typographical or pictorial errors.

REFLEX Analytical Corporation expressly disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranty of merchantability and fitness for use. Unless a non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement has been executed, any product enhancements or modifications as a result of supporting customer applications and for the general benefit of the scientific community will not entitle an individual or organization to intellectual property or any other legal claims.
