1cm – 20cm Fixed Pathlength Stainless Steel Gas Cells with Optional 300°C Heating
REFLEX Analytical offers a series of demountable Stainless Steel, short and long fixed pathlength gas cells for analyzing highly concentrated gases. Standard pathlengths include 1cm, 2cm, 5cm, 10cm, 15cm and 20cm.
The 1cm and 2cm pathlength gas cells accept 25 x 4mm transmission windows. All other gas cells require 38 x 6mm transmission windows. VCR gas inlet and outlet connections are a standard feature although VCR and Swagelok valves are optional.

As pictured (click on the above image to enlarge), the standard gas cell assemblies include VCR fittings, black anodized aluminum end caps, Viton o-rings, purge collars and baseplate. An optional choice of transmission materials include but are not limited to KBr Potassium Bromide, NaCl Sodium Chloride, BaF2 Barium Fluoride, CaF2 Calcium Fluoride and ZnSe Zinc Selenide.
If your requirement is for Thermogravimetric Gas Analysis then scroll below and preview the 300°C Heated 10cm Stainless Steel TGA-FTIR Gas Cell. This TGA accessory is precision designed and engineered specifically to be an interface for evolved gas analysis from a thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) to your FTIR spectrometer. Evolved gases from the TGA pass through a heated transfer line into a beam conforming flow cell in the FTIR sample compartment. As these evolved gases travel through the flow cell, FTIR spectra are collected and stored for further processing. Qualitative and quantitative measurements can be achieved from sample masses, typically in the low milligram range. The accessory is compatible with most FTIR spectrometers and TGA instruments.
