High Pressure Liquid Cell Up To 325°C High Temperature Option
REFLEX Analytical introduces a new demountable cell for liquid static and flow through analysis at ambient or elevated temperatures and pressures. The cell is also suitable for analyzing mulls, pastes, films and other semi-solid materials.
Scroll below to preview and order the available configurations. The cell can be provided as a low pressure, non-heated version with assorted 6 950μm PTFE pathlength spacers and swagelok or luer fittings (refer to this
Product DataSheet to assist with ordering the items below). For more demanding high pressure applications up to 5000 psi, the cell can be ordered with a choice of stainless steel pathlength spacers ranging from 0.10mm up to 5mm (refer to this
Product DataSheet to assist with ordering the items below).
Additionally, the cell can be configured for temperature controlled investigations and operate at temperatures from 0°C up to 200°C with viton seals, 260°C with kalrez seals and 325°C with specialty seals. The design permits direct sample and cell temperature monitoring. To minimize heat transfer to the spectrometer, the cells 3" x 2" mount is water cooled using a customer supplied circulating bath. A programmable temperature controller with a USB computer interface accompany all temperature controlled cells.
An optional choice of transmission materials include but are not limited to KBr Potassium Bromide, NaCl Sodium Chloride, BaF2 Barium Fluoride, CaF2 Calcium Fluoride, Sapphire and ZnSe Zinc Selenide.
